- Guaranteed emergency response within 2 hours when equipment is inoperative or customer is unable to make or receive calls.
- Should Telexperts fail to meet our guaranteed response times to any Platinum Partner, Telexperts will pay the customer $200
*Acts of God such as fire, flooding and major lightning strikes are not covered under any of Telexperts’ partner, warranty or maintenance programs. Moving systems to a new site at a different address or building are excluded from our no charge labour.
