Your technology will be renewed, refreshed or replaced as required, and emerging technologies can be implemented as they become available and needed.

  • Addition of new technology at any time without extension of the term of the Partnership Plan
  • Refreshment of renewal of equipment quarterly after month 24 with no change in payment

  • Guaranteed non-emergency response provided within 1-2 business days during normal working hours

  • Guaranteed after-hours emergency response within 4 hours, 24/7 and year round, when equipment is inoperative or customer is unable to make or receive calls
  • Should Telexperts fail to meet our guaranteed response times to any Platinum Partner, Telexperts will pay the customer $200.
